Letter of Inquiry Process and Guidelines

Tawani Foundation is accepting Letters of Inquiry by INVITATION ONLY.
Please do not submit an LOI or grant proposal materials
unless invited to do so directly by the Foundation.

Tawani Foundation accepts formal Letters of Inquiry from 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable organizations whose requests fall within the guidelines of our program areas.  The Foundation favors collaborative projects that benefit similar not-for-profit partners and organizations committed to the areas of historical preservation, the advancement of technology, or other unique opportunities that serve the public.

We Do Not Fund:

• Organization or Building Endowments
• Scholarship Programs
• Political Campaigns
• Lobbying activity with the purpose of influencing legislation or elections
• Individuals (without a 501 (c)(3) sponsor organization)
• For-profit corporations
